The THANZ Education Committee has developed a patient information leaflet aimed at preventing another clot. The leaflet, which is being launched to coincide with World Thrombosis Day, 13th October, explains ways in which patients can reduce their risk of additional clots and has space for treating clinicians to add individualized information for their patient.
